Personally Identifiable Information
MIH Collects and SharesMortgage Insurance Help collects personally identifiable information about consumers that can include consumers’ names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers or government identification numbers, and financial information such as consumers’ home loan information.
With the consumer’s approval, Mortgage Insurance Help may share this information with a consumer’s mortgage lender or servicer, home value appraisers, and third-party payment processors in order to provide its services.  Mortgage Insurance Help does not share this information with others.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
In the event of any changes to its Privacy Policy, Mortgage Insurance Help will notify consumers by posting the updated Privacy Policy to its website.  The Privacy Policy will have an updated effective date.

Tracking Data
IP AddressesAn IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are browsing the Internet so that your computer may be identified by the main computers, known as “Web servers,” that “serve up” or display webpages.  This allows Mortgage Insurance Help to identify and gather general information and data about you, such as the web pages you view on our website.Mortgage Insurance Help collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and security, to report on aggregated information, and to audit the use of our site.  Aggregated information is intended for Mortgage Insurance Help internal use only, and is part of our performance tracking and diagnostic processes.  When customers request pages from [enter website], our servers log the customers’ IP addresses.  We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a visitor’s web session will be logged, but the customer will remain anonymous to us unless they fill out a form requesting more information from us.
